Service Description

Teacher training course (TTC) of varying duration depending on the need of the yoga studio / school. 2 hours of Back Care Yoga in a studio's basic 200-hour yoga TTC. 35 hours of Back Care Yoga in a studio's 300- hour yoga TTC. 150 hours Diploma of Back Care Yoga TTC. Deeper focused topic-based 10-hour training.
