Sarah Manning is a Senior Yoga Instructor with over 25 years of international yoga teaching experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 200 Certification, and has taught yoga in Singapore, Australia, and China.
For the past 15 years, Sarah has trained new yoga teachers in pre- and post-natal, back care, and yin yoga.​

Since 1997, she has led fertility yoga workshops for women and is the Online Course Facilitator for Be Natural Singapore's 3-day and 30-Day Fertility Challenge. Sarah's key influence was her time spent with Bhumi of Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health where she focused on a Meditation in Motion for women.

As the Co-Founder of Optimal Reproductive Health, a holistic fertility and pre-conception company, she has guided couples in the use of Qi Gong and Yoga in the development of a solid, well-rounded fertility strategy.
​
Sarah has ​10 years of qigong training in Singapore under the honorable Grand Masters Anthony Wee and Sifu Roland Hong of Chi Dynamics.
